MY PHILOSOPHY

I am appalled and saddened at the terrible reputation that lawyers, in general, have these days. First and foremost, I work to dispel that reputation by being honest, ethical, reliable, reasonable, understanding and competent.

I always return phone calls within 24 hours, often less. I will complete your work quickly and in a professional manner.

I realize that most people do not have many thousands of dollars available to spend on legal matters. I will work with you to make my services affordable.

Usually my clients come to me at a time of loss, either actual or anticipated. The loss may be the actual loss of a spouse, through death or divorce, or the anticipated loss of a life which may necessitate estate planning or other decisions that can effect families for years to come.
